| Keys for Motor Pool vehicles may be picked up from the assigned wall safes located in the entrance vestibule (on the right side) and dropped off in the outer key-drop slot (on West side). Although the office door is locked when personnel are away, the outer vestibule door will remain unlocked in order to access key safes. | |
| Vehicle assignments begin at 12:00 AM and end at 11:59 PM. Each vehicle has a Northeastern State University fuel card. Drivers may park their personal vehicle in the secured lot, which is designated as the Motor Pool vehicle parking area. Due to limited parking, it is preferred that remaining passengers are picked-up from their departmental location. | |
